How do I place an order?
To place an order send an email with your request, phone number and the best time to contact you, to: orders@capitoladreamsswimwear.com. We will call you to assist you with your order.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds. Capitola Dream Swimwear will accept exchanges for style and size only. Merchandise purchased online can not be returned or exchanged in any of our stores.

How do I make an exchange?
Due to the sensitive nature of swimwear garments, we will not be able to exchange items that have been worn, washed, or if the tags or sanitary lines have been removed. Once you have received your authorization number to return merchandise to exchange for size or style, that number must appear on the parcel you are sending to us, in large letters, immediately following your return address. The item must be in the same condition you received it. After 10 days, the exchange authorization number will be null and void and the package will be returned to you with returned postal charges billed to your credit card.
